Thank goodness for virtual therapy during Covid-19! But many teens and parents find it convenient and less stressful to fit in therapy with their busy lives. I offer psychotherapy that uses internet technology to provide psychotherapy services online for those individuals that may not have transportation or access to mental health services or simply prefer the privacy or convenience. In my practice, I use a confidential and HIPAA-compliant therapy internet site for video counseling.
