Evaluations: Range from $1200 to $1500 depending on complexity of case

Out of network: This means if I do not accept your insurance, I provide you with what is called a "Superbill" which you submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
A note about insurance:
Insurance companies present some challenges in reimbursing therapy providers. It is helpful to contact your insurance company to find out if you have any limitations with behavioral health benefits. If I am on your insurance panel, I require a $125 deposit for the first visit which includes any co-pay you have. Once the insurance company reimburses me for the first session, I fully refund your deposit minus the co-pay.
